*Downstairs: Has a ground-floor entrance from the lower parking lot.
*Step-Up: means you step up in your booth. There is 5′ flat floor in the booth then you step up 3″ for the back part of the booth. (So the back 3′ of the booth is 3″ higher than the front.)
